A user has to have an account before they can update the website. Select Create New Account if you need to create a new account for a user. Opposite each account is the option to Edit, Reset Password or Delete the account.
# Account Details: Change the username and description. # Reset Password: If you have reset the password you will need to confirm it by typing in the correct password. # Memebership and Database Entries: Add the user account to a group to have access to those group privileges. Assign to the user account the database entries they will be able to edit. Select Remove next to each group/database entry to remove them from the account. Create a Password: Enter the password of the account, the user cannot change their password if they don't have sufficient privileges. Confirm the password by typing in the correct password.
Below is the list of all the groups. You can assign multiple users to a group and specify database entries this group can update. Take care when editing a group, because these actions could affect the users ability to update the website (DO NOT edit group Site Administrators or delete it!). Select Create New Database Entry to create a new group.

Select Remove next to each entry to remove them from the group. 3. Add Entrusted Database Entry: Select the database entries that users of this group will be able to update. Select Remove next to each entry to remove them from the group.
elow is the list of all the database entries, you must create a database entry for areas on the website that can be updated (the website will reference the database entry name and display it's contents). You can edit or delete existing entries, but all these entries are being used by the website so any changes will affect it! Select Create New Database Entry to create a new entry.

Database Entry Details: Change the name of the database (this is not recommended!) and change the description of the entry. 2. Owned by: Assign an owner to the entry by selecting a user account from the drop down list. 3. Add Trustee Users and Trustee Groups: Select user accounts that will be able to update this entry, and/or select Groups that have the ability to update this entry. Select Remove next to each user/group to remove them from the entry. 4. Edit Content: Edit the contents of the database entry, select HTML to see the contents in html code.
